At Sugar & Soul Bakery, dessert is more than something you eat—it’s a moment, a memory, a little piece of joy wrapped in sweetness. Every cookie, cake, cheesecake, and handmade treat is crafted with care, blending bold flavors with soulful inspiration to feel like home in every bite. From our signature banana pudding to seasonal specialties, each treat is a small celebration of love, comfort, and indulgence.

 

This bakery is a love letter to my mother, Lola B, whose kindness and warmth continue to shape everything we do. Her strength and beautiful spirit live on in every dessert, reminding us that the best things in life are shared at the table with the people we love.

At Sugar & Soul, our mission goes beyond baking. Through The Lola B Foundation, we plan to provide care, beauty treatments, and beautiful wigs to individuals battling cancer—restoring confidence, hope, and a sense of self.

 

We’ve also envisioned The Soul Haven, a safe space dedicated to supporting single mothers, college students, and our unhoused neighbors. From mentorship and care packages to mental health resources and community dinners, we believe in nourishing the soul as much as the body—and creating moments that truly matter.
