Welcome to Sugar & Soul Bakery! We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to bake something special for you. Before you place your order, please take a moment to read through our policies. These help us stay consistent, respect our time, and serve you the best treats possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:​

Ordering & Payments

​

  • All orders must be placed in advance through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your order.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.

 

Pickup Policy

​

  • Curbside Pickup Only – Pickup is available Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (11:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

  • Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. A late pickup fee may apply for orders not collected within the agreed window.

  • Customers receive a 15-minute pickup window. Example: If your pickup time is 11:00am, the window closes at 11:15am.

  • Please respect our time and schedule:

  • If you are late but communicate, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • If no communication is made, a late pickup fee may apply.

  • 30+ minutes late without notice: Pickup must be rescheduled. Products will not be remade.

  • 2+ hours with no communication: Your order will be sold or discarded, with no refund.

  • Repeat no-shows (more than 2 times) will result in being unable to place future orders.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Local delivery is available for corporate orders and large events (50+ guests or 6 dozen+ items).

  • Standard delivery is available for smaller orders within our service area at a $25 flat fee.

  • Orders $400 and above qualify for free delivery.

  • Delivery times will be confirmed after your order is placed.

No-Show Policy

​

  • If you do not pick up your order and fail to contact us within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup, your order will be forfeited with no refund.

  • Communicate early—we’ll always try to work with you if possible!

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Orders canceled within 5 hours of being placed are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 5 hours, refunds are not available. However, we’re happy to work with you to adjust your pickup or delivery time if possible.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late pickups.

  • If an error occurs on our end (ex: wrong flavor, missing item, or incomplete order), we’ll make it right by:

  • Remaking your product, OR

  • Offering a store credit toward your next order, OR

  • Providing a partial or full refund (depending on the situation).

 

Quality & Care Disclaimer

  • Once an order leaves our care, it is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to heat (hello, Texas 🥵), transport, or improper storage.

  • Please review the Product Care section below for best results.

Product Care Instructions

 

To ensure your treats stay fresh and delicious, please follow these guidelines:

 

Signature Layered Cakes

  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • Best enjoyed at room temperature (remove 1–2 hours before serving).

  • Consume within 3–4 days.

 

Signature Tin Cakes & Cake Jars

  • Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.

  • Best eaten within 5 days.

 

Cookies

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

  • For longer storage, freeze for up to 1 month. Warm in the oven or microwave to refresh.

 

Cheesecakes

  • Keep refrigerated at all times.

  • Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.

 

Banana Pudding

  • Keep refrigerated.

  • Best eaten within 2–3 days for freshness.

 

Pop Tarts

  • If filled with fruit or cream cheese → Refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days.

  • Standard Pop Tarts without perishable fillings may be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Loaf Cakes

  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

  • If loaf contains fruit or cream cheese filling → refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days.

 

Cupcakes

  • Store in the refrigerator.

  • Bring to room temperature before serving.

  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.

 

Cinnamon Rolls

  • Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.

  • If topped/filled with cream cheese or fruit → refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days.

  • Warm slightly before serving for best taste.

 

Agreement

By placing an order with Sugar & Soul Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
